Jan Kirchhoff

With more than 15 years of experience in doing handstands and other acrobatic activities, along with my 500-hour certification as a Yoga Teacher, I've learned how to teach you the Handstand in a safe and fun way.

During the last years I've had the chance to teach many people how to do handstands and other acrobatical moves.
It helped me to understand the difficulties and tricks involved really well.

But the most exciting part is when you figure out how to balance your body upside down -
it changes everything and is so much fun!

Now, my goal is to help you experience the same joy and confidence by teaching you how to do handstands!
